excellent staff service. One staff was extremely helpful organizing covid tests, taxi, and other amenities. Very thankful for the service

Nothing, it was misleading advertising, basically a switch & bait scheme. Buyer beware of this establishment! They did not provide the advertised room I paid for & would not refund my $$$$, just wanted me to pay double price, I did not stay but lost $$$$.

Not as advertised! Booked a king room w/ ocean view but was given a very small double room w/out the advertised view. I refused the room & they said could offer me the king view room I had already paid for, for double the price! Wouldn't refund my $$$$¿¿

A truly wonderful experience. The hotel is beautiful, with an amazing location and a stunning view over the Bosphorus. Being in the Ortakoy area makes it even better, as everything is nearby and full of life. Waking up to this view is unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, great location, and breathtaking scenery.

The location couldn’t have been better — close to everything we needed and with amazing views. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. And the activities offered were so much fun — there was always something to do! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing getaway. Would definitely come back again!

From our suite on the top, fourth, floor, the view of the Ortakoy mosque was incredible. You also get Bosphorus views and it's a real perch in Istanbul, especially if it's your first time to the city. They have great coffee and a nice breakfast spread and the staff was really happy and friendly. Loved the chandelier and fun wall details. Oh, and the bed was incredibly soft and comfortable.

The room looked far larger online than in reality. We had the largest suite in the hotel. It was tough to even be in the bathroom, as your elbows nearly hit the walls. The shower door opens into the sink. It's super super cramped and not great water pressure. Room needed a bit of TLC too in places. For the price of $510 for one night, I'd say it's way over-priced for a suite. If you could find it for $300, stay here, but I would not pay more.

The location was the best thing of the whole stay.

The room we got didn't have the same view as the photos "the view of the terrace was not on the bosphorus. We could hear everything going on downstairs we couldn't sleep. Our room was not on the main building we had to go lots of stairs to get to our room imagine that with luggage. The bathroom was so tight.

I had a very good experience at this hotel! When I arrived, the check-in was fast and easy. The staff welcomed me with a smile, and they were very friendly during my whole stay. My room was big, very clean, and the bed was super comfortable. I also liked that there was a lot of space for my things, and the bathroom was clean and modern.One thing I really appreciated was the quiet environment, so I could rest well at night. The hotel location is also great, close to everything I needed.I want to give special thanks to Omar from the staff. He was always ready to help, very polite, and he made sure I had everything I needed. He really made my stay much better with his kindness and professionalism.Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone. I will definitely come back on my next trip!

We need to walk from main street as we couldn’t reach to the entrance with a car I recommend to contact the hotel before you reach to help with your luggage
